DSL Max is a rate adaptive Broadband service. This means the initial signal decreases with distance from the exchange and other factors such as line quality must be considered. Therefore we cannot guarantee the final speed of your Broadband connection. Extensive testing has shown for distances of up to 1500 meters from the exchange you should expect to receive speeds of between 5 and 8Mbps, beyond this distance we would aim to provide the best possible speeds available. Line Test
In order to provision DSL Max your new connection would need to go through a 10-day testing period. This helps to establish the best and most reliable speed for your business line. During this period (and especially in the first three days) your connection will be monitored and you may experience fluctuations in bandwidth, but this is nothing to be concerned about. After the testing period your connection will maintain the most sustainable speed possible for you and you should have a stable connection for the duration of your contract with Open-Link.
